are the property of Dr Kahl for Congress and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
By participating in campaign events or activities, you grant the Committee permission to use your:
in photographs, videos, or other media for campaign, promotional, and informational purposes without compensation.
The Committee offers an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily opt in.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by selecting an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on forms located at https://www.drkahlforcongress.com, or by providing express written consent through other campaign channels. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent.
By opting in, you agree to receive campaign updates and announcements, event invitations and reminders, volunteer opportunities, donation and fundraising requests, and voter engagement and informational messages.
Message frequency varies but typically ranges from 1–5 messages per week, depending on campaign activity.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or participation.
The Committee does not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
